Bekaert Summer Internship Opportunity in China!

Dear Students,

We are pleased to announce that Bekaert will be offering summer internship opportunities in China for 2 Sabancı University students. Interns will be placed in the Process Technology Department and the Central Laboratory.

Potential topics students may be involved in (but not limited to) include:

-Microstructure evolution mechanism of steel during wire drawing processes
-Data mining and modelling
-Mechanics of steel cords or steel cord/rubber composites under different testing conditions
-Process optimization to improve operational efficiency
-Lubrication and tribology test development
-Sensors for intelligent tests and manufacturing

Eligible Programs:
Computer Science and Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Nano Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with strong English proficiency and effective communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Internship Duration: Minimum 4 weeks
Benefits Provided: Airport transfer to BARDEC, accommodation, and lunch on working days.
