ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF ACCOUNTING

Sabancı University, Sabancı Business School, invites applicants for full time assistant professorship position. We seek a highly motivated scholar with good communication skills that is willing to work as part of a team. The fields of interest should preferably complement the research activities by the current group members and be suitable for initiating interdisciplinary research with other programs. The successful candidate must have a strong record and potential for top quality scholarly publications, as well as promise of outstanding teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. 

Requirements: 

PhD. Degree in Business Administration or related field. 

Research areas: Earnings management, audit, corporate governance. 

Publications: The candidate must demonstrate research excellence with published articles on the above topics, in international journals, indexed by the Web of Science. In particular, a minimum of 3 scientific publications in the Journal Citation Reports top two quartiles or having CWTS SNIP score of 1.0 or higher are required.
