Freedom to Choose a Program
Sabancı University is the first university in Turkey to offer freedom of program choice. This system, which enables students to learn about disciplines other than their chosen areas of specialization and to grow up as fully equipped individuals, constitutes the foundation of the university. Students who wish to study at our university make their choices based on the results of the university entrance exam on the basis of "program groups" in faculties, not "departments".
