Secretary General

Upon graduating from Darüşşafaka High School in 1973, Haluk Bal received his BA in marketing from the Management Faculty Department of İstanbul University in 1978. After working as the Administrative Manager in 1978-1979 at the Bank & Economic Comment Magazine, he held various managerial positions at the IBM Marketing Department. At I-Bimsa, he worked as Marketing & Sales Director between 1996 and 2000, and General Manager between 2000 and 2005. He is currently working as Secretary General at Sabancı University.
