Full-time Instructor Positions in Computer Science and Engineering (CS-2-2023)
The Computer Science and Engineering Program at Sabancı University, Istanbul, Turkey is seeking multiple full-time instructors effective 2023-2024/Spring semester (January/February 2024).
The candidate is expected to teach undergraduate level core computer science and engineering courses with recitation and lab practices. The expected teaching load is 6 courses per year or equivalent. Responsibilities also include graduation/internship project supervision, curriculum assessment and development, with an emphasis on developing innovative practices in teaching.
Qualified candidates should hold B.S. or B.Ed. degrees in computer science, computer engineering, information technologies or in related education disciplines. Master's degree is required and Ph.D. degree would be a plus. Excellent command of English is required since English is the primary language of education in Sabancı University.
Sabanci University offers B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science and Engineering as well as M.S. and/or Ph.D. degrees in Data Science, Data Analytics and Cyber Security. Our B.S. program has been accredited by MUDEK, part of the International Engineering Alliance - Washington Accord. The CS program have been ranked as one of the top CS programs in Turkey by THE and QS ranking systems.
