An Open Discussion on Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Sabancı University will host the Open Discussion on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, which will bring together leading figures in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship on Friday, September 20, 2024.

Sabancı University will kick off the new academic year with the Open Discussion on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, which will be held on September 20, 2024, at the Tuzla Campus with the participation of members of the International Advisory Board.
The open discussion will offer participants the opportunity to gain insights into real-world experiences on R&D, innovation, and the commercialization of entrepreneurship ideas from advisory board members who have established themselves as leaders in the international arena. The event will take place at Sabancı University’s Tuzla Campus, SUCool Building, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Participants will have the opportunity to listen to Tolga Kurtoğlu, Board Member of Omidyar Network; Waguih S. Ishak, Retired Vice President of Corning Inc. and Stanford University; entrepreneur and VC Co-Founder Cem Sertoğlu; and entrepreneur & angel investor François Stieger during the session, which will be moderated by Ziya Alpay, Director of Sabancı University’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative.
The event will be open to a limited number of participants, and those interested in attending can register in advance to follow the sessions.
