Course Substitution Application

Undergraduate and graduate students who want to have course substitution must apply within the following dates.

Application Dates: Applications will be received until 16.30 on the last day on the following dates.

• Undergraduate & Graduate (Except for the programs mentioned below): August 05- 27, 2024

• Information Technology, Data Analytics, Energy Technologies and Management, Cyber Security, Digital Transformation in Industry (non-thesis): August 05, 2024, to September 03, 2024

How to Apply?

It is done through the Student Information System (Bannerweb). The application steps are as follows:

1. Log in to the Information System page.
2. Click on the “Student & Financial Aid” option.
3. The "Request to Course Subtitution Form" in the "Registration" field is created by selecting all courses to be substituted at once.

Since it is an electronic approval system, there is no need to bring the form printout to the Student Resources Unit.

Applications can be viewed from the transcript upon the announcement of end-of-term grades.
