2024-2025 Fall Semester Dormitory Applications (NEWLY ENROLLED GRADUATE STUDENTS)

The information regarding the applications of our newly enrolled graduate students who wish to benefit from our dormitories in the 2024-2025 Academic Year is detailed below.

• Newly enrolled graduate students are required to apply for a place in the dormitory online within the date range specified below in order to finalize their pre-registration. Pre-registrations of graduate students who do not apply for a dormitory place online will be canceled and they will lose their right to a place in the dormitory.
• You can access the application form from the dormitory application system (https://dormapp.sabanciuniv.edu/). Students who do not apply for a dormitory online will not be accepted to the dormitories.
• Dormitory applications will start at 10:00 on September 4, 2024 and end at 23:59 on September 7, 2024.
• Dormitory placement results will be available from the dormitory application system (https://dormapp.sabanciuniv.edu) starting from 10:00 on September 9, 2024.
• When choosing your roommate(s), you should pay attention to ensuring that your friend(s) also choose you. Otherwise, the system will not accept unilateral preferences and will assign you to different rooms.
• Our students with dorm scholarships will be assigned to rooms of the scholarship type.
• You can update your preferences and cancel your application until the last moment during the online application period.
• Students who apply for dorms and are placed in dorms but leave the dorms without a valid excuse will be prevented from accessing the dorm application form for the upcoming terms.

Dormitory fee and payment information:

The dormitory fees for the Fall Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year are listed below and these amounts must be paid between September 09, 2024 and September 13, 2024.

The deposit is 18,000₺.

A one-off deposit will be collected from graduate students.

When graduation obligation procedures are fulfilled, the deposit fee paid by graduate students is refunded.

Graduate students with dorm scholarships do not pay a deposit fee.

Dormitory entry dates:

Newly enrolled graduate students: September 14, 2024,

Previously enrolled graduate students: September 21, 2024.

Early entry to dormitories outside of these dates will definitely not be accepted.
