Planned Maintenance Operation for Suticket Application

As the Information Technology Department, we are updating our current SUTicket application to collect

notifications and requests from you more effectively and to improve the quality of the services we offer. With this

update, we aim to make our service management processes more efficient and provide you with faster and more

effective support.

Due to this renewal work, the Suticket application will be unavailable during the date/time range below. During

this period, you can send your urgent requests related to business units via email to callcenter@sabanciuniv.edu.
