New SUTicket Platform Launching Soon!

Dear Sabancı University Members ,

We have restructured the SUTicket platform, which we use to manage end-user requests, based on your valuable feedback and by addressing areas that previously impacted the user experience.

With this transformation, we aim to enhance our service quality and offer you a simpler, more accessible, and modern experience that aligns with current Information Technologies standards by consolidating all service processes into a single platform.

The new system will go live following a scheduled transition on Saturday, July 12, 2025, between 09:00 and 12:00. During this time, both the current and new systems will be temporarily inaccessible. After the transition, the new SUTicket platform will be available as usual at https://suticket.sabanciuniv.edu.

We appreciate your support and understanding, and would like to emphasize once again that your feedback plays a vital role in helping us continuously improve our systems.
