Researchers are encouraged to submit abstracts for presentation by November 15, 2024, at 23:59 GMT+4. Submissions are accepted in both English and Azerbaijani, and each accepted paper will be assigned a DOI from Crossref and indexed in Google Scholar. Additionally, the conference proceedings will be published with an ISBN number.
