Checking Program Requirements and Academic Status Assessment
Dear Students,
Program requirements can be viewed via the following links:
To track the courses taken within the program requirements and assess academic status (credits, CGPA, PGPA etc.), the "Degree Evaluation Form" in the Student Information System is used. The Degree Evaluation Form can be accessed by following the steps below:
- Access the Information System page.
- Click on the "Student & Financial Aid" menu.
- Select "Grade Audit & Graduation"
- Click on "Degree Evaluation (Summary)"
- Choose the term for which the program requirements will be tracked: 202401- Fall 2024-2025.
- Click the "Generate New Request" button.
During the add-drop period, course registration changes can be made according to program requirements. After making course registrations, please check again via the Degree Evaluation Form.
Undergraduate students can contact academic advisors or BAGEM Advisors (bada@sabanciuniv.edu) for academic status assessment when needed.
