PAYMENTS FOR SEVEN WEEKS OPTIONAL SUMMER TERM

    • Course registrations for Summer term are being done via Information System as Early and Last Registration Period. Required fees will be calculated after Summer term course registrations. Fee is applied per course independently from the credit of the course. Lower fee is applied in early registration period. No sibling and personal discount is applied for Summer term course registrations. No refund is made to undergraduate students for Recitation, Discussion, Lab, etc. and for internship courses of undergraduate and graduate students.
    • “Discounted” Tuition Fee Payments for Early Registration  ( May 13-17, 2016);
      • Payments for early registration are done at any branch of Akbank via ATS system to 0815 coded Sabancı University account, where as payments SHOULD NOT BE done to Kredili Ozel Hesap/Personal Credit Account in order to pay fee in installments.
      • Payments should be done within the stated period and cannot be made more or less than the amount specified. There is no payment as late/ with interest/ on installments.
      • Early registration fee payments should be done within the stated period in order to be valid of the course registrations.
    • Normal Tuition Fee Payments for Last Registration  ( June 17-20, 2016);
      • Payments for last registration are done at any branch of Akbank via ATS system to 0815 coded Sabancı University account, where as payments SHOULD NOT BE done to Kredili Ozel Hesap/Personal Credit Account in order to pay fee in installments.
      • Cash or payments in installments should be done within the stated period announced on the academic calendar (17-20 June 2016), second installment should be done until July 20, 2016 at latest.
      • Payments should be done within the stated period and cannot be made more or less than the amount specified. There is no payment as late/ with interest/ on installments.
      • It is considered as summer term cancellation in case the students do not make the cash or installment payments in the specified period.
      • Students pay the first installment on the stated period, can make the second installment until July 20, 2016. Late /with interest payments will be applied after the payments made after this date. For the   cash payments made after the last payment date, interest rate based on TL % 2,50 monthly including holidays- will be applied for each day.

      • There will be a hold in the system that prevents to get a student certificate, interim graduation certificate, transcript; to display the grades, to pick up diploma and enrollment cancellation issues if the second installment is not made until July 20, 2016. 
  • Important Note for Master’s and PhD Students:  For graduate students who are active in their last term of 2015-2016 Academic Year and have "Tuition Fee Exemption (TW)", "l/2 Tuition Fee Exemption Scholarship (1/2 TW)", "2/3 Tuition Fee Exemption Scholarship (2/3 TW)", "l/4 Tuition Fee Exemption Scholarship (1/4 TW)" in response to their study from SU resources, will pay 100 TL in the first and last registration for one graduate lesson registered for summer term. For additional courses, "Scholarship student fee" will be taken according to student's registration process.
  • It is not allowed to make EFT to ATS-0815 in cash payment. However, you may request to be transferred the amount of the payment to the bank with instructions to be given to the branch with ATS-0815 or you may make your cash payments online to ATS-0815 by using Internet Banking if you have Personal Internet Branch password without going to the bank.For this, you should enter your Akbank Personal Internet Branch code then choose "Kurum" / "Fatura ve Diger Odemeler" / "Universite Odemeleri" from the menu at the left side. After choosing your account and Sabancı University enter your School ID and press "Devam/Continue" button. So you can view your debits. Hovewer, as fees collection system in the Personal Internet Branch is integrated with Akbank branch system, payments are done in the working days between 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

PAYMENTS FOR COMPULSORY SUMMER TERM

  • Those using the installment option in the previous semesters, should check the current account and “Artı Para” limit from the Akbank branch at the beginning of each academic year (due to the interest rate of your debt left over from  previous semester and because of the interest). Students having a negative balance because of the debts from previous semesters,  cannot take advantage of the ability to pay installments in the new academic year.
  • Those using the installment option via Akbank for the first time should apply in person to Akbank before the due dates for payments and sign the "Installment Payment Agreement". You should complete contract and written agreement and submit a residence document for three months if available, or electricity, water, telephone bill to the bank. If the bank approves your application then you will be able to take advantage of the installments.


  • You should make your first installment of the required semester fee by displaying name of the student to Kredili Ozel Hesap/Personal Credit Account coded 601 untill the due date.

 

  •  Payments should be done to 601 coded Kredili Ozel Hesap/Personal Credit Account until the deadline. If the credit limit is not enough for the payment, Akbank will complete the installment by crediting the account owner with “Artı Para”.
  • Payments done to Kredili Ozel Hesap/Personal Credit Account will be transferred automatically to the university on the last payment dates stated in table.
  • It is not allowed to make EFT to ATS-0815 in cash payment. However, you may request to be transferred the amount of the payment to the bank with instructions to be given to the branch with ATS-0815 or you may make your cash payments online to ATS-0815 by using Internet Banking if you have Personal Internet Branch password without going to the bank.For this, you should enter your Akbank Personal Internet Branch code then choose "Kurum" / "Fatura ve Diger Odemeler" / "Universite Odemeleri" from the menu at the left side.   • Since each payment will be automatically transferred to the University, supplying a bank receipt for tuition fee payment is not required, but it is advised that you control your receipt.
  • We would ask you to share this information with the people who will pay the fees on behalf of you.
